Electrical wiring is next...

We decided that it would be easier to get the wiring done now rather than later. This is why we are getting prewire for fan/light in all the rooms, complete alarm system, eave outlets for the christmas lights, flood lights in the backyard, coach lights in the front, CATV in all the rooms including an extra in the master, 5.1 surround sound speakers, freezer outlet in the garage, and an extra outlet in the backyard. Yes, these items are all additional upgrades, this is how the builder makes money.

Tips: It's hard to tell what is what at this point, but check back to make sure that you are getting what you paid for. We almost got one less speaker for our surround sound.
